Return Policy

All Companion memorial plates are custom-engraved to order. Once production begins, returns and refunds are not available.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not started.

If your plate arrives damaged:

• Email within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the damage

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If marked delivered but not received:

• Check with neighbors and carrier
• Contact us within 7 days if unresolved

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless defective.
